Louisiana Parent Training and Information Center
Louisiana PTI’s youth transition services are grounded in effective self-advocacy skills. We believe self-advocacy is key to adult decision-making. Youth need to learn and practice this important skill during the transition process.

Mississippi Parent Training and Information Center
We help youth with disabilities, age 14 to 26, develop skills to become self-advocates, understand their educational rights, learn about services to help them transition to adulthood and about resources in MS that can assist them. Services available to youth with disabilities are always free and available in a variety of ways: telephone, email, one-on-one, and virtual or in-person training.

Partners Resource Network of Texas
Partners Resource Network operates the Texas statewide network of training and information centers, PACT, PATH, PEN and TEAM Projects. Our goal is to empower and support youth with disabilities in their roles as decision-makers and self-advocates. We provide training and information that will help youth in transition to access education, employment and independent living. The projects also provide training and information to families and professionals to improve their capacity to support youth with disabilities on their journey.
