NTACT The Collaborative’s Side-by-Side View: Transition Services

This resource is a nine-page document that compares the transition services outlined within the three different regulations/laws that address transition.  These are Pre-Employment Transition Services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, VR Transition Services under the Rehabilitation Act, and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (2004).  The document compares the three sets of regulation in the following ways:  definition; target population; nature, scope, and purpose of services; description of activities/services; and reservation of funds.
