This interactive website, developed by Parent to Parent of Georgia, provides lots of information on the different stages of life for someone with a disability and provides a listing of resources for each topic.  There is even a specific area, “Youth Launch Pad” designed for youth with disabilities.  Other topics include: Diagnosis, Early Childhood, Education, Parent & Family Support, Transitions, Post-Secondary Education, Employment, Advocacy, Healthcare, Community Life, and Leadership.
